Abhishek Bachchan denied being admitted to his father's hospital

Bhishek Bachchan has denied reports that his father actor Amitabh Bachchan has been admitted to hospital.

Legendary Indian media actor has been admitted to hospital after suffering an injury and has been undergoing treatment since Saturday.

Talking to Bollywood Hungama, Abhishek Bachchan expressed surprise at such news and said, "I ask because he is sitting in front of me. Surely he will have a counterpart in the hospital."

Abhishek confirmed that his father was fine.

Other family members, including Amitabh Bachchan, son Abhishek Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai and granddaughter Aradhya, contracted the corona virus in July this year, after which they were admitted to hospital.

However, in August, the actor and his family were allowed to return home after completing their quarantine.
