Kangana's new problem, court order to file a case

Bollywood superstar Kangana Ranaut's worries have increased.
A Bandra court on Friday ordered Bandra police to file a case against Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandal for spreading religious hatred on social media and projecting a negative image of Bollywood.
According to Hindustan Times, a complaint was lodged by Director Sahil Syed for registration of FIR against Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandal.

The metropolitan magistrate said he had reviewed the application and that Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandal had committed a "punishable" offense.
The magistrate directed the Bandra police to take necessary action under section (3) 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (which gives the police the right to register an FIR) as they believe it requires investigation. ۔
"All allegations are based on comments made on electronic media, Twitter and Facebook and need to be investigated by an expert."
The petitioner said that Kangana Ranaut in her tweets and TV interviews has consistently defamed the Hindi film industry and called Bollywood a 'stronghold of kinship'.
The petition states that Kanga Ranaut "is maliciously interfering with religion in all his tweets and has also tried to create sectarian divisions between the two communities."
"Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Chandal has also published objectionable material aimed at fomenting sectarianism among the communities."
Remember that Rangoli Chandal's Twitter account has already been shut down due to controversial posts.
